whole lot of churning going on

This company has had excellent investor relations. I think when the annual report says they on track to deliver JORC by the end of the year, and particularly with no stated delays, it would be by their standards to achieve just that. It would be on their corporate goal calendar.
Of course Quasar is probably doing the main running on this.They are resonsible to their parent company, and meeting timetables would be efficiency indicators. I would be surprised if the announcement isnt in the next few days...providing it hasnt been held up at the other end!
