2.5 weeks have passed since management told you "they are looking at providing the quarterly shortly" and will be "progressively ramping up the detail", but the actual fact is that we haven't heard a peep. The fact is that the Quarterly will be release last minute, as a mandatory requirement, not early because they want to get good news out there.
