See if management have the smarts or not....why not underwrite the current options (that way they save on prospectus costs and placement fees etc which usually amounts to 10% of the CR at least) and the issue would be done straight away then issue listed options as a fee to those who underwrite (therefore co see's no dilution and the price of the CR is at market)....easy but does management have those smarts we'll soon see I guess???
