I don't know whether you have any difficult in reading comprehension. Here's another extraction from the paper. When talking about purity measurement, it is graphite, NOT graphene. What Talga provided was micrographite. No graphite company even talked about micrographite, not even FGR.
"GO (graphene oxicide) was synthesized by modified Hummers method using the Talga high purity graphite powder. Briefly, 3 gram of graphite powder and 1.5 gram of sodium nitrate were mixed and concentrated sulfuric acid (60 mL) was added slowly to the mixture with constant stirring."
