Macrae, just a warning, when you say "days and weeks" I urge you to think in terms of days rather than weeks. Come January 10 there is a high probability that liquidation procedings will have started against them if they lose the court case. In my view, their argument is weak because the court did not grant them the injunction they were seeking at the last hearing. Injunctions are only granted when there is pretty stong evidence of a party's argument. The "status quo" only happened because the bondholders agreed, Chances are they agreed because their case is pretty strong.
