I wonder if management is truly happy with this deal, From what i can tell the strategic stakeholder Crescent is allowing SONY a seat at the table so they can check the place out and decide if they want to make a full takeover somewhere in the next 18 months. I'm sure if that happens then SONY will more than likely bring their own top people in to run the place. Does anyone else agree or do you see it differently?
