    Why can't empire attract a farm-in partner?
    It seems we have been in discussion for ever and a day with potential
    Farm-in partners.....Never does anything come of it.....
    Are we asking too much?....Do we need to temper our demands
    Initially and negotiate a farm-in partner friendly deal and if it
    Comes in initially then up the ante for any future deals?.....
