Just had a look at the takeover announcements of Track back in June 2015. The combined business rev was $40m with Track alone spinning out $13m of ebitda.
Now, its still running at $40m rev still, but ebitda is falling through the floor. None of Dominic's promises at the time of growth, synergies etc has come to fruition.
I'm losing confidence, as they still talk top line growth with detail on Q&A growth, but provide zero insight into the real problem behind falling profit and Track performance.
