- Supreme Court of Victoria has ordered meeting of Simonds shareholders to consider and vote on previously announced scheme of arrangement
- If scheme approved by requisite majority of Simonds shareholders shareholders will receive a cash payment of $0.40/Simonds share
- Refers to previously announced scheme of arrangement under which SR Residential to acquire all of shares in Simonds
