Crazy day eh?

Once all the dust settles and we can remove some emotion and chest beating would be curious to know the following:

1. If Wayne is no longer going to steer the ship, what is his role and does that diminish his remuneration?
2. Given recent SP plunges, how does this reflect in executive remuneration- how do they "share the pain"?
3. Given the quotes of Wayne pointing toward 500 million units on what justifiable grounds can they set KPI's at 90 million?
4. If they are adamant that remuneration and KPI's are based on 90 million, would this suggest a rebasing of the companies share price? (Is it 30c, 40c)
5. We're there major institutions heavily selling today?
6. At what point can the executive formally or informally reply to such tumult in SP outside of Qtrly investor updates?

I, for one have always come from the industry side of things and have limited knowledge on how SP valuations work. I brought in on positive news and have seen nothing but positive news and growth, yet my SP plunge. I have watched CEM constantly spruik messages often based on emotion. When I constantly ask why 50c I get no response???

I can only summarise that whilst the product is performing, that it's share price was based on unrealistic short term multiples. Oh well, I guess that's why we're called Mum and Dad investors!
