My suggestion is that everyone should come to the AGM and after the official business you can ask questions. I often feel like I am the only one asking the hard questions. They are paid to be answerable to shareholders so I strongly suggest you come along and ask questions.

Now, having said that, I am not totally familiar with the rules of the ASX, but given the company is suspended already, there may be no compelling reason for them to hold an AGM until this is all sorted out.
