    Oct 27 (Reuters) - Newcrest Mining Ltd (NCM) :

    • Gold production increased 3% to 615koz for quarter
    • Copper production increased 12% to 24kt for quarter
    • Group all-in sustaining cost (AISC) per ounce increased 0.4% to $790/oz for quarter
    • Group all-in sustaining cost per ounce margin improved 15% to $538/oz for quarter
    • "As part of ongoing management of cave development, production in December quarter planned to be below average qtrly production implied by FY17 guidance"
    • For FY17 group production guidance 2.35-2.60moz
    • FY17 guidance for copper 80-90kt
