    Its the insiders dumping that has forced me to cut my position. and No APAS for 2016.

    Ex CEO, .Director.... and EX CEO all dumped, dumping or getting ready to and happening today ?

    Nothing in the pres at all to jump up and down for 2016. LOI.....is a BIG maybe now given the signal of these guys.
