Wot- I can understand your feeling. I wasn't too pleased with the price either however I've been through the same kind of cr countless times. Looking after the mates if you like but it's quite amazing how the sp goes upwards strongly after these kind of raises especially if long term supportive investors were involved.
I was involved in a company that did a huge raise a few months back at 19.5c. Everyone was whinging and complaining about how the retailers weren't included in the raise, the discount offered etc. Bottom line is that company's sp is now 47c after 6 months. Like I said previously the raised amount is small in the big scheme of things but could generate multiple of mc in the short term.
