Could be nothing. ASX and ASIC have been all over these small reverse takeover companies. There was another case in which the new ASX entity received cash from a CR and dropped it into an online savers account and then used that cash for operating the business BEFORE issuing the shares or closing the offers. Idiots. Plain stupid. They have since been delisted for being muppets.

So maybe ASX just want to make sure the cash is all good and all the ducks are in a row. It could come in hours or days.
