that's a little different to what they said before - if you go back to their 17/8/16 presentation there is no mention of pre-pilot plant. Only a pilot plant due in 2017. Now they have a pre-pilot plant for early '17 and a pilot plant in '18. bit of a difference and one would guess more cost. be good if they could elaborate
