what dose a farmer do with a cow that doesn't produce YOU CULL IT what do you , with a tractor that keeps breaking down YOU SELL IT what do you do with a dog that's no good YOU GET RID OF IT ,so why shouldn't the board and head's of MG be dealt with in the same way , cut off the dead wood and let the tree grow ,
