    Well the last one was 42c, and Henderson paid just under 45c.

    They have the cash to spend so IMO they will pay the 55c.

    I am putting in bids at 45c and 55c but only about 20% of my holdings, the size of the Henderson investment (5 Mil GBP) indicates that the books must be pretty good.

    TSM could be providing financial services across Europe within a few years.
