I am not sure what Heritage's capital amounts to but they had better cover their backs if Uganda turns out to be as good as is reckoned.

Poo Bear suggested TLW could take out Tower Resources(TRP) for I estimate about A$ 50 million. TRP are trading at about 5 cents and have a big tranche of land just above Lake Albert and below The Sudan. Both of these areas are known to have oil and the geology of TRP's area is similar. So should be oil bearing at some stage

I think it is a golden opportunity to throw some cash away on an out and out gamble that could turn out to be a 40 or 50 bagger
