    I think the SBLC covenant is weighing heaviliy on ths stock now.

    Its technically insolvent if this is enforced.

    And traffic for LOOK , Furl and Findarticles has collapsed in recent days.


    Closed at $4.50 in after hours tarding of over 5% for the day.
    Looking very precarious IMO.
