In theory, he could telegraph his punches to allow the mining company to easily duck or defend

Unfortunately, from what I hear, he has stopped talking to his old friends (clients?) since the Audits started
Also, the fact that almost all companies report that "additional issues" were added to the field audit team reports to form the Show Cause Orders point to the conclusion that the punches were coming from him
Bottomline, almost all the companies cited point to him as the supplier of critical information

Oh well.. it is what it is...
Lets see how this all plays out in the next few months (years)
