U would not think park-goers in Kansas would be involved in fist fights, verbal abuse, spitting and hurling towels and other unmentionable stuff at staff but it happened. Kansas is a bit like the Central Coast of Sydney or the Dandenong Ranges, it is usually quite calm & u would not have thought such abuse was possible in Kansas City. Has nothing like the law and order problems faced by the Newman Government or the newly elected Palaszscuk Government in terms of bikies, schoolies, Ice and so forth.
Kansas State Police and the Kansas City Police respondents went out to the Park so many times they have permanently stationed officers at the Schlitterbahn Water Park since late August only recently reducing officer-count (I don't want to use the normal word for obvious reasons). It was different as described on the News Australia website, content unavailable or unprinted by US rags, the Schlitterbahn event was more horrible, in terms of what was seen, observed and vigilantes possibly took other frustrations out on the kids employed at the Water Park. One employee had enough and fought back, the rest being history.
