I think the last note is interesting. If the company gets into the SP ASX 300 before the AGM, then share issues in resolution 13 will not be needed. Does this not suggest they expect quite a considerable SP move before the AGM? While it may not happen, they at least are hinting at the possibility. To me, this suggests that the PFS will be November, and all things going well, the share price might reasonably be expected to nearly quintuple. I'm hopless at reading between the lines, but plasible - l think yes.
