Scripture says that Yahweh would speak with Moses face to face, as a man speaks with his friend
and he sees the form of Yahweh
Clearly Moses had a personal friendship, face to face relationship with God.
Jesus says that no one has seen the Father so who would you say that Moses was talking too?
