Dear Mr Market.  7 weeks ago, the Share Prices of XPE was the same as it is now.  Mr Buffet noted that in the short term the stock market is a voting machine.  In the long run it is a weighing machine.  Currently Mr Market, you are voting on an Announcement that has nothing to do with the fundamentals of the company, except to incentivise management.

Seven weeks ago, we recruited a head honcho from Intel who is a deal maker and describes himself as "a road warrior who gets the job done."  The SP rose to around 6.8 cents for about 5 minutes and has fallen right back to square one.  We still have the head honcho so the fundamentals are better.  Time has elapsed and the app is on Android and can't be far away from Apple.  Can't be far away from completing the porting to Telink chip.  So I really do question your judgement that the SP should be just 3.7 cents for a company which has made such strides in so short a space of time.  You know that the company is bound to silence on many issues, but that does not mean that no progress is being made.  No news, is, in fact, probably good news as it means everything is progressing nicely.  No MOU's have collapsed.  No need to panic.  But that is exactly what Mr Market is doing!

Our new Managing Director has the option to purchase 50,000,000 shares at 4.4 cents.  The shareholders in February paid 2.5 cents, so the terms are fair.  I believe that gives him a huge incentive to elevate the Share Price by as much as possible in the shortest possible time.  For example, if he is able to sell 50 million shares at 20 cents a share profit, that would be a gain of $10 million.  Ok they are only Aussie dollars, so to him they are probably Monopoly money, and I would not be surprised if he also gets a bonus in USD from Intel if things work out well for them too.

Martin Despain has previously left Intel to join another company for 9 months, before rejoining Intel.

Now with XPED, but how long do Intel want him here for?  A quick in and out job, get the software all ported onto Intel Chips, some deals signs for licensing the software.  17% of a gazillion chips is a lot of money, Marting happy, Athan happy, company founders happy, shareholders happy.  People currently selling at 3.7 cents won't be quite so happy.  I can't stop them from being their own worst enemies, like lemmings leaping over a cliff.  

Mr Market, based on your current condition, I think you are most unwell. I find you currently completely insane and incapable of making any kind of informed judgement.  I hope you get a grip on yourself soon.
