Another issue that muddies the water is how many users will have free or cheap access for 1/3/12 months, as they continue to offer discounts and trials to entice new users. I believe there's also a free month for referrals. You may find that you won't have any full paying users for a few months when it does go live. I don't really have an issue with this but it won't be as simple as multiplying users by a full subscription amount.
