atlas appoints new chief financial officer this is getting to be a very strong board !
the share price does not reflect the value of the company in my mind, happy to hold and buy more :)
Atlas Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Atlas Group Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Reid as Chief
Financial Officer.
Mr Reid is an experienced CFO and Chartered Accountant with a strong background in financial
management and control of manufacturing and distribution businesses. He is currently contracted
as the General Manager Operations of Australian Pacific Paper Products and has over 20 years
experience, including a variety of senior financial management roles with PaperlinX Limited, an ASX
100 entity and the world’s third largest wholesaler and distributor of fine paper, and Spicers Paper
Limited.
Mr Reid will takeover from Finance Director, Mr Malcolm Mitchell who announced his retirement at
the Annual General Meeting on 20 November 2006.
Mr Reid will start in mid February 2007.
