they have the docs they need now, if counsel who I presume is still mcCusker QC (WA's best but sue said he was struggling!) they can apply to the court to seek instructions for the purposes of the hearing. I imagine it would have been difficult to satisfy the relevance of the london meeting v the confidentilaity aspects of both RIO and WA go, partic if they put on an affidavit saying they did not discuss the matter, looking forward to reading the decision. Am very keen to get to Perth for the full hearing (my matters permitting)
