They do have a certified proppant but if it really was the game changing, quantum leap they were spruiking then I am sure there would have been more inquiries than just the neighbour asking them to keep the noise down.
Lots of work has gone into maximising the number of shares owned by some but those actions have also rendered those shares near worthless.
