They have switched impairment testing to fair value less costs of disposal (FVLCOD) for the 1st time in 2016.

I can't explain the note in the annual report, it surprised me also.

I do note however that the latest trading update indicated the sale of an ex Jaya accomodation barge. My take on the comments in the update was that the sale was below book value as MRM indicated the sale will impact this halfs financials.
