The gtg patent, on my understanding is not an issue because of the broadness of what it covers, this is not an attackable issue.
The only reason it could be attacked is for inventivness and precedent.Before any patent is issued both these issues are advertised. To this day, and the scientific world has been aware of the issues, none have been found.
To say that the governments of the world would step in and wipe a patent out is stupid.All of the scientist who presently appose this patent, have there own patents,that is what they all work for!
Like the pot calling the kettle black.
