Cap raising by Feb/March and if markets collapse which looks likely it will be very dilutive.
The codium acquisition will not count as revenue as you need to own 90.1% to consolidate the cashflow so in this case they acquired 70%
Athen has no idea and should not be on the most outlandishly high remuneration structure he is on or enjoyed at all. Sheesh 50m loan shares omg.
Makes me totally nervous that the brains behind this stock have no commercial brains otherwise Athen would never be employed.
