Yes as stated Alex will have to purchase/received another 5 million shares on top of the 15m he will receive to receive that last 5m as his minimum will have to be 20m. This means that, unless he purchases / holds more than these minimum amounts of shares at each stage he won't be granted the next 5 mill at each stage as i'm sure most have figured out.
So for the next two years basically, Alex won't be able to sell any shares unless he purchases more on top of the minimum requirements at each level.
15 million shares equates to 450k at 3c. I'm pretty happy with this.
