I think u guys are still missing my point. I dont deny, in fact I have said it many times before, EXT has some great land.. and hence great potential. What I am cranky about is the last deal. I have yet to see anyone say anything to convince me that the last deal was a good one. In fact whoever negotiated the last deal should be sacked... really they should (ok ok... yes sarcastic comment for obvious reasons). And if you think it was a good deal, then you guys need some more corporate experience.
Yes as I have stated about a month ago... I dont mind consolidation... I also like EXT getting 100% of the leases... but geez can you guys please admit that KAL have got so much the better deal. KAL have 40% of EXT at NO RISK... I am sorry but it sucks.
But true as much as it sucks I am back in... at a very nice profit. EXT has the potential to be huge... in fact bigger than PDN, but yes I still worry about PM ie management. Which shareholders do they look after.. KAL or EXT???
