Those here making big calls on huge compensation costs etc are simply doing so with the view to grab cheaper shares.. Nothing more or less. To put things into perspective, ive just recently purchased acreage in Thailand thru a Thai National i very much trust. At $7k per acre it aint going to wreck the bank. This is asia. Africa is a different level below again at possibly a few grand per acre at most. RAP will be a done deal in only 12 weeks or so, finance will be completed and bang we will be into production by 4th Quarter 2017.
