Well done and welcome Dr John, your letter replicates the thoughts of the majority of holders who have been forgotten by the board I would think. I guess with many of these specky companies it's all about looking after management, income and their good friends the SI's. They should never be the main focus actually doing their jobs well and looking after every holder should always be the focus.

Just compare us to MR CE doesn't mess about and his holders are the big focus, if results bad then boards do not get rewarded simple as that. If a board member under performs he/she is gone, that's how I see MR running their company. I wonder if our team were employed by CE how many would have honestly survived at MR, my guess not one of them, what a contrast unlike our team who look after themselves first no matter how they perform, absolute bloody disgrace and I cannot wait to see some of them depart.

No accountability when they make bad decisions. After reading the quarterly (will comment later about this) and the basic mistakes made in the financials no wonder all our money is going out the door at a fast rate. I would have thought the huge amount spent on a SAP system would have made things easier for them. I guess no system will ever help this underperforming team. I really hope you along with KQ and PG get up. Its so easy to fix this company and get us moving again. It's unbelievable that our team just cannot manage of how to do it imo.
