One final rant....(for now)

Why don't the directors invest in their own ability, that is buy their own shares on market and risk some of their own hard earned dollars to show the market/investors some confidence in themselves instead of expecting so many freebies.
Not sure when the last time was any of them bought shares (though they may have).
Also, surely the performance rights shouldn't only be based on their performance but combined with share price performance too, that is 1st hurdle and share price has to be above x, 2nd hurdle price above y, and so on?
The bar has been set too low.
