Rabbitoh you are right it is getting harder for the average bloke everyday.
I have been pretty lucky, but i am now investing 100 a week for my little bloke so by the time he is old enough to try and buy a place it will make it a bit easier.
I reckon everyone should do the same even if its 20 a week it will all add up after 20 years.
