Or, to put it another way, if you were Mitsubishi and you had the choice of splashing out 9 mill on drilling oil wells which if they gush, you suspend as future producers, or, you invest the 9 mill in infrastructure giving you an immediate ability to monetise your existing and future discoveries...seems like a no brainer, am I oversimplifying? Let's Go, Mitsubishi !!
