going by that Andrewe, if there is a T/O being prepared and ZFX is involved and will announce when ready,

my logical conclusion is that they are going to make a T/O offer of OXR.

if that were to happen, I beleive the ZFX sp would actually go down in price, but the OXR one would go through the roof (which is all cool cause my portfolio is much more heavily weighted with OXR than ZFX)

i guess we'll just have to wait and see - bring on another beer buddy
