I've seen a number of private groups formed by initial HC members holding the same stock over my time on HC, and it never ends well.
I could sit here and name them for you all to look up, but that may be seen as cross promoting and guess you just have to take my word for it.
I would consider very carefully about having secretly run groups, they are poison of the highest order and become cult or religious like that no one wins from, especially when the stock turns bad.
You are also putting directors into a less than comfortable position and if they had any smarts would not be responding or providing Q and A's to such a group without and ASX response or to the general public.
If there is a need to operate an unregistered, unlicensed, unmoderated, wank session for holders then one should possibly look at why there is such a need to begin with.
Historically, they are run by holders with very distinguishable agendas and have even been found in the past to be led by former directors of certain companies, albeit at arms length.
The only Q and A you should listen to or take with any credit is one sent to the ASX, anything else said or done within the walls of the private 88e group should not be relied upon.
This is my personal view based on history with other listed companies, please be careful out there.
