Please note that FAR still have made absolutely no mention that they intend to PE. It is a very big assumption to think they are trying to do that. This could be related to a number of other issues.
I'm not going to eat my hat (or humble pie) just yet. Cant speak for anyone else, but I am continuing to keep my expectations in check.
