True, but the directors are yet to deliver on their deals that will push the price back up in the weeks/months. I think at this point every single thing has been pushed back into 2017. So those people dumping stock matter if the company isnt going to bring anything on line in the near future because your 0.02 buy may become a 50% loss your holding until they FINALLY have one of their investments IPO
