Here's the problem:
factual: "concerned with what is actually the case."
opinion: "a view or judgement formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge".
Therefore a "factual opinion" is a contradiction in terms or, to keep it simple for you, not possible. There are facts from which you may form an opinion but that doesn't mean your opinion is right. Many on here would use the same facts, and probably a few more which you choose to ignore, to reach a very different opinion
