I think NTL are doing what they were planning on doing... That is, commencement of development once funding is obtained. I am yet to see a miner turned developer start on works before they have engineering design completed so it seems to me it's business as usual in the practice of developing a mine. Great work imo.
@gmatt, I think the preface to your quote is probably important:
"Both Amer and NTL continue to progress discussions and are working through several items which have changed as a result of NTL's recent significant progress."
Just remember when AMER showed up it was pre-Newcrest and pre-any real direction as to how we would fund development. Sitting there with an MCAP of about $4m. It costs more than that to list a company, let alone a dual listed one in two different jurisdictions with cooperation agreements with two different currencies. Their offer was pretty low-ball and they wanted a controlling stake remember? We all agreed on this forum to vote "no" at the AGM if it came to pass lol.
Hopefully they just offer a big wad of cash - 5cps? 8cps?![]()
