Trading halt - Wangle believes it is pertinent that the App is released on both the Apple Store and the Google Play Store at the same time.

The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Commencement of trade on Tuesday 18 October 2016 or the approval and release of the iOS version of the App on the Apple Store.

Suspension 1 - A halt in the trading of the Company’s securities was granted on Friday the 14th of October 2016 pending the approval and release of the iOS version of the Wangle App on the Apple Store.

Suspension 2 - The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until an announcement can be made by the Company confirming approval of the iOS version of the App as well as release of the App on both the Apple Store and the Google Play Store. WGL expects this to take place within the next 3 business days.

Suspension 3 - While the Company continues to seek final approval from Apple, the Company believes it is appropriate for its securities to remain in voluntary suspension.

The Company continues to consider that its circumstances are 'exceptional' (as described in ASX Guidance Note 16) and the Board remains concerned that the reinstatement of trading in Wangle’s securities, before the iOS version of the App is approved, could potentially mean that the market would not be trading on an informed basis.

As a result, the Company has resolved to seek to extend the current voluntary suspension while it seeks final approval. Based on the status of discussions and the timetable being worked toward, the Company now expects that it will be in a position to resume trading on Tuesday, 1 November 2016.

Suspension 4 - The Company is of the understanding that it will be in a position to update the market on the launch of the Wangle App by the open of trading on Wednesday the 2nd of November 2016 and request that its voluntary suspension remain in place until this time.
