Recommencement of mining or is it a contradiction in terms

"Mining operations continue to be suspended with recommencement scheduled for the beginning of Q3 2016/2017."

What does this mean Q3 2016 /2017???? Is this a joke, doesn't that span a year??? What the hell is going on, are they serious???
Even is this is one of Bruno clangers why does this sort of thing continue to happen. Also does anyone have any idea whether we got paid for our "shipment"?
Keep in mind most of these ships are quite large and I would suggest 4,000 odd tons would fill a mere corner of the bilge.
I know it's a start but how long do we have to wait for accurate information??
