For mine the deterrent to new investors in this stock is not the management but it's shareholders.
Management have proven to be strategists and a small group of shareholders are constantly attempting to sabotage their plans.
(We would be in clinical trials & re-rated long back had a CR a few years back not been voted down).
I think it's time to let management get on with their jobs.
