re: over the hump hoa I havent seen a lot of stock being offloaded. The only thing that was different was that after the announcement buyers were not there anymore. They probably will be back next year.
I cannot understand why TZL did not show the HOA, because this must be price sensitive information and according to latest ASIC rules anything that is price sensitive should be made known to shareholders.
I hope they wont have a problem with this
