I felt that the announcements were positive. People in the background prepared to stump up $500k indicates that something is around the corner. The company has now made a more specific reference to an asset/project that is being sought so it seems reasonable to conclude, as Burntgamber has done, that the company is making preparations for the associated costs of vend-in. Sure, there is some dillution but I am happy that I haven't had to open my wallet for a capital raising before there is an unequivocal incentive to do so.
